We will be publishing journals that David will take the time to send to us as regular articles soon. We will probably place these on the front page of the site in the coming months, starting in the New Year.
Also, we have had a very generous offer from David regarding the raffling of a couple of tickets to his seminar. Both he and his event organiser (Mike) have talked to me about this and we will be offering these tickets as a charity raffle here on TMF.
David is a massive contributor to the Mini community already with his wealth of knowledge that's already been published and shared, but this offer of a few tickets for TMF to raffle off is a great offer that we really appreciate. The seminar will be an amazing event to attend and I would love to go myself. If you're interested, then watch this space for details of the raffle. The seminar event will also be published in full detail on here too.

One thing David and I have talked about is the addition of the Vizard Chronicles (OK, title is yet to be selected), on the front page of TMF.

Thats good to hear...the ''Chronicles'' I mean. Got to be honest (cynic) I thought the whole seminar ticket raffle was a bit of easy advertising to boost awareness and ticket sales.
But fair play to him he didnt need to make this kind of effort, love to hear some of his stories.
Nice one Matt

I've got an old grey one and a yellow one, very useful. Never thought a carb could be modified to that extent.

Had a look at the web page David, Im going to book for the seminar in Swansea, Im really looking forward to your lectures..Im glad its moved from September to October though...The September dates coinsided with my 25th wedding anniversary...I have a feeling I would not be having a 26th if I were to attend an engine building lecture.

david vizard not sure if you remember me but i met you in the UK you went to austec racing in crawley / manor royal about 2-3 years ago and a few of us turned up in our minis to meet you, you then held a speech about minis and v8's was really good to meet you and will be left with me for some time being able to meet someone of your talent
As strange as it may seem, as I have met at least a thousand different people since then, but I do - at least as a group. I remember you guys were full of enthusiasm for your mini's. Granted it was not about mini's in particular and was only for a couple of hours - but let me ask how you liked (or not) that shorty seminar. ( The real thing will be far grander with dyno engines and other stuff being shown off).
