Trouble with getting a type r though is my lass, because shes only 19, they wont insure her on it as a second driver, where as they will for a scooby or clio. Although after what she done to the zr/25 id be worried to let her loose in something with a bit of power, she gets addicted to it she doesnt like cars but likes driving fast

Mmmmm indeed. I've always been more into Imprezas myself, but the Evo IV is surely the best Evo to look at. It just seems the closest to the rally version. You can find late 90s Imprezas tuned to about 400 bhp for under £5000. Crazy.
