not usually my Cup of tea but loving this build a lot. just a quick question when you stone chipped the underside what did you use???

Gravitex is very good and very easy to apply. But as Peter has warned me it does not like going over fresh paint as you may get a reaction which we did in several places.
Yep, I'd only put it over lightly applied etch primer or old paint really.

Interesting that most people who like minis, dislike 2CV's.. They're both legendary designs using different yet unique and ingenious mechanics. They are indeed brilliant fun to drive, I don't know what I would choose if I had to pick a mini or a 2CV, they're both brilliant and rubbish in their own ways
The 2CV inspired Issigonis in more ways than one too :) In the early 60's a lot of people were wandering how Citroen where so far ahead of the competition in terms of suspension, ride comfort and design
