Clearly Kate Moss has never had cheese on toast before!

Thought I would share that as I am eating cheese on toast right now and its lavly :)

Dave's Insanity sauce on the bread (a little bit!), topped with cheese, then some Lee & Perrins on top of that. Amazing!

This is a serious topic, good cheese selection is essential

Cathedral City is my own favourite
White bread only...none of that healthy brown malarky
Must be cut in triangles NOT rectangles (aids soup dunking)
Must be eaten with lots of OOOooing and Ahhhhhing
Finally mouth must be wiped on sleeve, then its over to the comfy chair with a mug of tea

Must be cut in triangles NOT rectangles (aids soup dunking)


I have a research paper somewhere saying that triangles (4 of) taste better than squares (4) or rectangles (2), due to how you then perceive the sandwich. I don't think it was in a notable journal :P

the above is true, a sandwich taste much better when cut into 2 triangles (from corner to opposite corner)

its probably down to bread - crust ratios, as crusts are rubbish
