This weekend We welded in the end of the sill bending as we went.
We then made a piece to fit the bottom of the rear bin and welded in.
We also cut out a repair for the hole in the rear seat/bootfloor.
Comment's welcome

in a picture of the door it looks rusty on the inside of the skin, is this so as personally I would reskin it if it is, not a hard job, and would allow you to atack the rust on the bottom of the door frame too. Doing it as you have done there will be rust on the otherside of the frame too and this will just keep eating away!! Just my thoughts and the pattern skins fit nicely too !!
Nice repair to the light surround, looking good at the back. What is the vent tube for??

It's not too bad, that was before i wire brushed it etc. Apart from there the door's are in very good condition.I'm going to spray waxoyl in the door too.
Thanks, The tube is for our home made extraction fan

Cheer's,IWe should be doing the seat/boot floor panel, sill and the rest of that area this weekend
I am doing that at the moment,..... nout welded yet just all lined up and fastened with selftappers till all is perfect including arches and floor panels, then will use a spotwelder to do all in one go, at least when summit is not 100% in line I am still able to tweek it.

Sound's good, It's all the lining up that take's all the tim, the welding's easy , I wish I had a spot welder.
I am borrowing one, trying to get a factory finish,...especially the visual bits outside, my advise,..take your time lining it all up, tape-measure comes in handy and make sure the whole car is spirit-level.........
