Yeah, I sprayed some primer on it and will probably put some hammerite on it. :-)

Yesterday we got some welding and grinding done.
We welded on the subframe mounting plates that i made a while ago on to the passengers side and ground that down. I just need to drill the hole's.

Dad ground down the boot repair at the back and rewelded in a few places.

I ground down the seam patch and sprayed on some primer.

We cut out the rust around the quarter panel.

This weekend we made a few patches for the rear bin and started to weld them in.

I drilled off the old Strengthener and made a new one ready to be welded.

Alex, will you weld a nut for a 5/16 on the inside of the heal panel, to bolt on the upper nearside trunion? Before you close up the sill,....

Kind of, I'm going to take off the other bolt then I'm going to tap 1/2 inch steel with both holes on so it will be stronger.

Did a bit of work tonight, I drilled and tapped the 1/2 inch steel for the subframe mounts, It just needs cutting and welding on.

Today Me and dad cut and welded the subframe mountinf bolt,
We cut off the old bolt and the rusty metal aswell
