Finished off this panel and welded the cut's.
I tacked the arch in, plug welded the black panel and clamped on the other panel.
and welded in.
I still need to finish welding in the panel's.

Have you worked out how you are going to put the repair piece on the rear quarter.....
Iv'e bought the lower repair panel, I'm going to joggle it so there's more strength and I can weld into it.

Then I gave it a coat of zinc primer
Then We joggled the quarter panel and welded it along it, We tacked it every 1.5cm or so, so it want warp.
Then I welded in line's from tack to tack.
We still have to plug weld it on the seam and where the joggle is behind, then grind it back, so that's another job to do in the week.
Comment's welcome.

Cheer's, We joggled the repair piece so it slotted up behind the original, There is hole's punched in the joggled section of the repair panel so I can plug weld that too, I thought I took picture's of it before welded it in but I didn't.
it is an exellent weld I remember my first one, same repair piece, mine looked sh..t compared to yours, has any warping accured, even minimum?

I think there's a bit, where the weld is there is a dip, so we'll get the hammer and dolly to sought that out.
