Kurust and other rust "removers" will only stool it... I'd just grind back all the rust with a wire brush attachment for an angle grinder see how bad and deep it really is then look into getting a replacement roof there's a mini on co parts site that's pretty beat up but the roof looks pretty mint buy the mini flog the parts keep the roof and you'll probs turn a profit :)
