Mine's all back together now, still doesn't seem 100% but getting there. Dev day at loughborough tomorrow so I'll give it a run up to that and see how it goes.

Want to keep it looking the same but might have to put arches on it though due to the disc upgrade.

That looks smart Gary! Great to see it being bolted together with some nice bits Is the car all ready to take it?
Wont take much to mod the car to fit, dropped the old engine out last week, If i get time sat afternoon i'll mod the inner wings.

So i got drastic
The plan is to use the bulkhead and floor from the cooper shell in the garage. I've a new floor extension peice, healboard, outer sills lower rear quarters the only none original join will be on the front pillers but I'll be using the inner piller skin from one car and the outer two from the other with a big overlap.
Also means its going round nose now. hoping to get it looking something along these lines

Know that feeling!Got a week off soon so hopefully get some progress on it, I seem to spend all my spare time helping other people with there projects, but I've decided its time for my own.

how did you make the subby , did you use a template as it looks propper and alot nicer than the allspeed version
Just basically cut what was in the way off the original subframe till it would sit in the correct place then bent the tubeing around it to suit, although I had spent many hours looking at other frames on 16v mini club to get a rough idea of frame shapes
