Hi Folks.

Anybody know if there is a special trick how to get the door cards out of the doors without damageing them? They are as you might know larger then the opening it self, so there must be some sort of neat little trick..

It is a pain to remove them but it can be done. As best as I can remember, start by removing removing the liners in the bottom of the door pocket. Then remove the filler fillets that go between the door card and the door. Finally reach up and under the top of the door so you can get your fingers behind the card. Spread your hand out to create the largest contact area you can. Bow the door card outward while pushing down. Get more and more of your arm behind the panel so you can continue to bow the panel out. Just keep going like that until you are able to get the front or rear edge of the card free. Work slowly using as much contact area as possible so you don't cause the card to fold or crease.
