Hi,

I am from South Africa and own a 1972, 1275 GT, painted British Racing Green.

I have had the car for 6 years and recently rebuild the engine.

I have been reading some of the posts on the forums and found them very informative.

That looks like a very nice clubby you have there, I'm not a huge fan of the union jack roofs though (N)

What carbs are you running there??

Edit: Oh and welcome to the forum :)

Duncy H,

I am trying to figure out which type of HIF they are. I measured the air cleaner side of the carb and get 35mm. I used to run a 36/34 Weber, but it did not perform. The twins really let the engine come alive.

Thanks for the compliment.

The Mini's are getting scarce here by us, it is difficult to find spares and if you do find them they cost a fortune.

I rebuild the car myself, bit dumb with the Mini but getting there.

I am more into these:
