So basically im looking for a first car and there's a nice mini1000 at Paul Higgs which im probably going to be ging to look at in the near future
does anyone have any experience with him/them?
and does anyone know what condition his cars are in?

I've had work done from Paul Higgs, in fact bought my Mini from him. Always done good work, but occasionally if you go down with a problem, it seems like they fob you off with "oh, it's a Mini thing". Okay, it might be a common problem on a Mini, but if it's that common there must be a cure for it. Apart from that, they always seem fine to me and have fitted my dash, wheel arches, chrome trim, radio, speaker, cigarette lighter.

You could get a better condition Mini from elsewhere for less money, take a look in the classifieds here for a start.
