might just be me but when the exhaust comes of the bell mouth and it goes pop pop you cant help but feel like a rally driver
also when you bang your hand when sanding and you go aree mother funker (in the more foul way) and then say i didnt mean it to the car
you also know you own a mini when you stop going out with friends and go to the garage instead

whenever you see any mini based souveneer postcards and the like you automatically buythem

when you drive past a 4x4 you cant help but laugh when you cant see the windows

and when you get old you realise that most of your life as actually revolved around buying minis refurbing them once there done you always say never again and three weeks later you have a new bucket of rusty bits on your drive

when people buy mini and theey come to you for there seal of aproval

when you teach people how to use a choke even though yourr 14

and finally when you look at a new bmw mini withe utter disgrace and then go on aabout selling our herritage to the germans ;)

...when your friends and familly see a mini on TV they shout "theres a mini on the TV!" and you rush to see it.

happens all the time to me, and if i see one i have to make sure to shout to everyone else, even if they have no interest in minis.

When you see a mini and suddenly screech out "MMIINNII!" in some strange high pitched excited voice, that you never make at any other time, leaving anyone around wondering what just happened to you!

oh yes ;)

...when you have that awkward moment you realise you've just confused a fellow mini owner by waving and flashing your lights at them when driving a non-mini (and watch them in your rear-view mirror pulling over to see what's wrong).

When you bump into your ex and the first thing they say is "have you still got that stupid little car?"
To which your replies are...

1)You obviously loved it so much as you remembered it...
and
2)It outlasted you!!!
