To save making a new topic for basically the same thing, does this measurement look right for the location of the bracket?

 

 

It doesn't look a million miles away but to check slave the tank in place and check it out that way.

Will do, but I tried to measure as best I could from the old bracket that's been re-welded previously. But I was looking through some pics the other day. And noticed the fuel tank seam doesn't set to be as vertical or a far over to the left, as some of the pics I've been finding.

I'm also interested in knowing which bracket goes where, as I bought everything fuel tank related from Somerford. I'll take a picture tonight of what I got.
