well i have been eyeing up my hammer (that is also a bottle opener) a lot and having a quick look at the ps3 to see if it saw me...dont think it did

ive done something called a fan test where it makes the fan go at the highest speed possible and ejects any disc in there, so not all bad.

apparently at the moment, anything with electrics, seems to be going wrong with me.....mini, phone, ps3, the printer at work. i bet i know its enemies though...H2OOOOOOOOYYYEAH!!!!

Its under transactions on your account info. Just choose to redownload which items you want.

You'll keep all your trophy info though.

I had the YLOD once, luckly I have GAME insurance on it. Replacment PS3 kept crashing. Then the 3rd replacment PS3 got the YLOD too. Got a £300 refund from the insurance company, which was fantastic, and bought myself a Wii and loads of other stuff instead. Never looked back.

Ironically my Xbox 360 has never had a problem in nearly 5 years!

I'v fixed the YLOD on my old PS3 before. Its not as bad as you might think. Just follow a decent guide on youtube and you'll be fine. So long as you've got some small screwdrivers, a heat gun, and some heat sink paste (maplins) you're good to go.
