Hi,
i had andy come and Do an engine swap for me and i cant recommend him enough.
I dont have a drive or garage so andy had to work in the street. (it was bitter cold that day)
Also, as i couldnt be there due to work, he had to haul the engine from my front room up the path onto the road side, he also dragged the old engine back down to the house.
He was at my house before 9 and left about 4 when it got dark.
The girlfriend told me he was flat out all day!
I was more then happy with the work and the price, and will definatley be using him again.

Just remembered this thread existed.

I bought the white mini pictured from Andy not long ago, the repairs are fantastic quality and the paint job is really good. Sound bloke and I definitely recommend him!

looking to get my sills, scuttle (drivers side), and surface rust on seams (usual places really) repaired. but going to need bodywork done cause my boot has been fitted wrong and both me doors dont fit properly think need new skins. while i am at it was wanting a full re-spray with the wp arches i got fitted. at min just trying to get prices and time line. can u help ?

The guy brought it not realising it was so bad. I think most of us have been there!!

Yup that's me but i was forced to buy old because of insurance, if only i knew what to really look for at the time, doh!
But i'm fairly local, 50 miles roughly and when funds allow i need a body repairer so will keep you in mind

Just thought ill post a picture of my new wheels. Got them off fleabay for a cool 150+40 for petrol.

Wolfrace 13 x 6.5.

Nice deep dish and something a little different to the normal.

Need to change the tyres as they are 2 x 185/55/13, 2 x 195/55/13.

Need some 175/50/13 or some 195/45/13, so if anyone has any going. give me a bell.

Hey Andy, the mini is running ok, got about £300 - £400 worth of parts to fit that I'll soon be dropping in my project thread when I'm back home to fit them in a week. She's blanketed in a garage at the moment and has been since a month after I took her off you!

How's the top-chop going?
