lovely afternoon for some beach and sun! Is in-camera HDR allowed? (Pentax for-the-win!)

my phone camera takes some random types of photos (a bit like hipstamatic but not an iphone!), could i use one of those or would that be considered too much like retouching?

r_sole, ill accept that, no probs...! if its an option on the camera then its fine, its not edited with photoshopping software after taking the pic so fine by me.....!
