Same here, i'm planning on setting off this time tomorrow & will be there for when the campsite opens.

im only going on the sunday, do i say at the gate/door im on the club stand? or will i need a pass etc?

The stand passes are free, just tell the marshalls you are on the tmf stand. What u have to pay to get in or to camp have always been seperate.

Just to make people aware we've received a letter from the organisers of Gaydon to all clubs who attended and they aren't happy about some people's conduct at the event:

Thank you all for attending the Gaydon mini festival 2011.

We hope you all enjoyed the fantastic bands, great weather, fabulous mini's and the concourse competition.

Unfortunately the behaviour of a few campers particularly on saturday night was unacceptable as I am sure many of you were aware.I am writing to assure all of you who came to enjoy a fun weekend at the heritage motor museum that we will take all necessary steps to prevent this type of behaviour occurring in the future. To that end we will be operating a zero tolerance policy on this type of behaviour and will enforce the camp site rules and regulations as issued.

Additional SIA trained security officers will be on duty at all times. It is sad that this action is necessary but we are sure that the vast majority of visitors to the show will welcome this approach.

In addition the following vehicles will not be allowed on site during next years mini festival:

Vauxhall - Y413GYD

Please can I remind any member of TMF wanting to be on one of our stands to read the pinned topic in the General Meets and Events section regarding official TMF event bookings. I will ask anyone who knows if these numberplates are TMF members on our stand to let us know (as I unfortunately could not attend the event myself) and we will take action accordingly.
