It does not look like the white has been ripped off to reveal the flag, or that the flag has been ripped off to reveal the white or that the flag is cloth and draped over, or
a ripped flag draped over. It just looks like a disjointed flag neatly arranged for the sake of it

Very nice work but sorry I have to be pedantic and say that you have masked/painted it incorrectly. The St Patrick red diagonals are incorrect in their positioning.

Quality of the work is fantastic, but I dont get what it is supposed to represent?

i made it up as i went along, it is what it is, don't waste anymore time thinking about it, life is to short
