do a bit, find rust, do a bit find rust !! Bit like me really but coming along nicely. Nice clean head, how did you get it like that as it looks good in the water channels too??

Cheers, I just need to wait until the end of the month so I can afford to get some gas and more panels.

I just used a wire wheel and soaked it in industrial degreaser to clean up the head.

Rebuilt bottom end (all new bearings + crank regrind);



New core plugs;

Over sill removed, the original sill had almost turned to dust! ;

Loving the seats, just found some on ebay pretty close to me that I may have to buy! Keep up the good work!

Cheers, the seats are really comfortable and supportive so I would definatly recommend them.

Pete go for it on that belly repair, just make sure all is braced enough!!
