Forgot to post a pic of the manifold now that it's been opened up a bit and smoothed out, will still need a final going over with fine wet&dry to get a better internal finish. Injector ports drilled and tapped to take push fit fittings (also treated to some jb weld for extra piece of mind ) for the vacume take offs

I'm doing a Micra conversion myself at the moment in Australia, a large part of the subframe should be completed at the end of the week (less a couple of rails and finalizing engine mounts).
Anyway I was originally going to do a custom inlet manifold like Rids, but I like the look of the Toyota - Micra hybrid manifold.
So... just wondering what car and year was the Toyota manifold you got from? AFAIK it's a 4EFE but those engines in Australia at least seem to range up to 1.6 litres and none of the manifolds I've seen look like the one you've got there.
The 4EFE is Corolla and Starlet engines right?
Was there any reason you chose to ditch the Toyota manifold? Did it look like clearance to firewall was likely to be a problem?
Much thanks.
Congratulations on almost having completed your conversion, I'm excited about mine and I've only just started. I've learnt lots from BigChief's, Rid's Ian's and your threads thanks for posting!
I'll have to post mine once I have a bit more of interest, my subframe is a bit different hopefully giving me a bit more ground clearance and provision for a sumpguard.
