You would have to do some research into different models of micra and see if any have a lower fd.

I use Megajolt, which i already had on the mini. Just fitted the trigger wheel to the crank pully and re-mounted the coil pack.

Couldn't agree with you more, I love mine!

This is a very impressive and tidy build. What are your power expectations for this motor?

I currently have a 80bhp (well 79.8 i think) 1.0 and I am told that the 1.3 lumps fit straight in.

I'll be interested to here the difference between the two sizes, i may be doing another 1, this is my sons daily driver and i'm getting itchy fingers. it was bought off here and has no inner wings as it was gonna have a flip front fitted.

forgot to post some of the progress a while back ..... whilst i had the new gearbox stripped i decided to modify the casing a bit. the problem i had was with my frame it was near impossible to remove the speedo drive to fill the box with oil.

so what ive done is drilled and tapped the top of the gearbox and fitted a m10 (could not find a bigger tap :( ) bolt as a plug. so hopefully now when the box goes in i can remove the plug and via a funnel fill the box with ease

Love this Jonez.

Hopefully one day my bay will look as tidy as yours!

Interesting read on the gearbox filler modification, will have to have a look at mine in the morning.
