Being a GT, Barman's car probably has longer upper and lower rad brackets as well as the obviously the much thicker fan spacer.
Such a thick spacer on a roundnose set up would probably push the fan into the radiator core.

Yep, mines a round nose so wont be using such a big spacer, but enough to clear the blades from the super charger pully! Fitting alloy 2 core rad to replace steel 2 core to see if it lowers temp any.
Epsom is not getting as much sunshine thats for sure!

It is roasting here today... took her for another long run and am very pleased with the cooling....

What thickness is the alloy and steel 2 core rads?
I have a 4 core in mine, it seems the same size as a standard 3...but I was wondering if these are too thick and I need a 2 core.

4 core rads are massive. Most 2 cores are the same size as 3 cores.
