Hi guys,
Here are some pics of the front end, if you've got any thoughts on the damage severity let me know!
I've started to take bits and bobs out the engine bay to clean it, and clean the parts, and to make space so that i can sort out the front panel.. fun times!
i've also got a small amount of rust on the rear valence, put a pic up if anyone can give me advice on whether it needs a full replacement, or just some rust treatment and filler? I know rust and filler isnt the way to go really. but is the rear valence structural?
Thanks for your time and thoughts, its seriously appreciated!!

Just to keep all the people posted who gave me advice, over the summer i jacked out the front panel after havin put loads of blocks of wood behind the engine to make sure nothing moved.. Then with the panel beating kit i set about gettin it as perfect as possible! It looks pretty sound now!! i just etched primed the whole front this weekend where the paint had come off so that the lil beauty can wait for warmer weather for me to skim the front with some filla just to fill the imperfections.. all in all i@m well chuffed with the results and glad I was given advice on here not to just cut the front end off as i had planned! any slight imper5fections will be either less visible after filler or hidden by the bumper/ number plate etc!
I'll try and get a few pics up asap to let you see the progress!
Once again i just wanted to say thank you to all the people that took time to help me, it really is massively appreciated!!
and Merry Christmas to all!!!
Tristan

well done for having a go and getting it to a standard your happy with, it goes to show that with a bit of time and some basic tools alot can be achieved.

i recently had to help straighten a pug 206 with a bent front chassis leg, i bolted a bit of angle iorn with a bit of chain attached to the end of the leg the other end of the chain was then hooked to a shipping container. i then just set off very quickly it the car a couple of times to straighten the damage, sounds voilent and rough but very good results were achieved in the end
