At least it starting to look like a mini again though.
Had most of the neighbors out looking at it Saturday.

Tacked in the near side wing with a couple of seam welds. It needs a bit more profiling but I'll do that once its off the front so I can seam weld the back up.
Drivers side is still proving to be a bit of a swine though.
Might have to adjust the bonnet with some welding rod as i cannot pull the wing any further over.
Getting there.

My cousin popped round at the weekend to take a look at the van as he'd not seen it for a while.
Fast forward to this morning... and he obviously took pity on me being poor at the moment as these arrived unknown to me.
We'd been talking that I needed some bonnet hinges to help finish off the front end.
It was quite a surprise when they arrived. I thought I'd been drunken ebaying again...

I need to adjust the bonnet hinges as the bonnet is stilk too far forward.
Better start thinking about painting it.

Not so good... I was trying not to take the a panel off but a dig around with a screw driver after seeing some krusty bits and it's toast!!!!
Luckily I have one in stock so don't have to wait to get the panel but I'm not looking forward to finding out what's underneath.
Started to also do some filler work.
Pics to follow.
