Bullseye I believe it's around £20 to refill the bottle on an exchange basis.

Agreed there are cheaper forms of bottle refills. However I'm a bit stuck as it's my mates welder I've borrowed and that's the size bottle he rents from BOC on a year contract.

I've just had to buy another bottle. I'd be tempted to buy a bottle from bullseye I believe it was £70 all in. Then if you use the gas I think it's £50 back for the bottle.

Got a hour or so in tonight on the scuttle ends just need to cut the joining end in.

However there seems to be a bit of a gap between the new panel and the a post.



Lobbed the door in and the a panel on to check how that fits.

Have a look at my thread a few pages back them scuttle ends don't meet the inner wing and you have to piece a bit in

Found it! wish I'd have start looking through the thread from the start and not the end though haha. Nice to have a look back threw your thread though as I've been keeping up with it.

 

I also noticed I commented on the scuttle ends after you had done them.

 

I'll close the gap with some metal then.

I might have already asked this I can't remember and having a Wednesday afternoon muse.

 

Would it be deemed wise to wait to fit the front wings until I have a bonnet?

 

They need some amount of profiling so can I get on with that while waiting for a bonnet.

i'm with hoody on that..did my wings with the old bonnet and the new one was a few mm bigger in places..

Well thats my grinder gone up in smoke 😞

Will have to have a bit of a weld-a-thon as i can longer cut or grind anything till i get a new one.
