Good question...
I wanted to stonechip the gavity under the sill so left it off so i can get to the sill stiffener and door step.
I ran a length of duct tape alone where the sill welds on to mask it off so it still bare metal underneath. You just cant make it out from the photo very well.
Once the outer sills on i'll cover it in stonechip too.
Make sense?

There is some colour :) thats looking good well done mate, like some people have said its a big step to get paint on :)

Decided to stonechip the arches as well.
Braided hoses on the front now.
Heater valve blank in SS
Brake banjo just waiting on the copper washers.

Any preference.
(I'm thinking seam as it would stop the water getting in under the sill)

I think meant to plug weld them, but again i have see it done both ways....

It would save having to drill hundreds of blinking holes in it as well.
