Got ya!  I can see that there's is an extra flange on the end that butts up against the heal board on mine so I will replicate this on the one I make.

I'm now not sure if its the panel that's wrong, the floor or the load bed.

The subframe is still also out on one of the back corners!!!!!!!

I'm pretty stumped..... :0(

A few more hours gagging around and it slightly better but still just out on the top corner bolts at the rear. Think the poly bushes need to be squashed more more but havnt got a spanner the right size!

Is there much left to do now?

Well unless I can get the subby bolted in Ben there won't be much more happening.

Mine done this slightly try loosening all the mounts just enough to get a bit of play in the frame but still wound in enough so not to damage threads when righting back up if you get me. Worked for me in the end but was a bit of a pig.

Yeah tried that hoddy I think the poly bush needs to be compressed more before it will line up totally.

Got a mate coming round on Wednesday hopefully with a spanner or socket to fit.

My rear subframe was the same with poly mounts, fitted the standard type and it was fine.

Yes this has also crossed my mind.

If I cannot get it in on weds with the poly I will go back to standard bushes and try that.

Was just about to suggest that to my polly bushes ain't that bad considering its new heal board mounts and floor mounts on mine so basically everything the subby mounts to has been replaced lol just don't over do the nuts for the bushes as they can snap with to much force and then you have a buggered subby

All the bolts are lose where they attach to the heel board and under the floor.

I think that top rear bush needs to compress a little more. I can just about get the bolt in but it's still millimetres out.

I did exert some pressure onto the subframe by standing on it and it lined up better. However I was on my own so couldn't balance myself and try and screw the bolt in the same time.

Does anyone know the torque setting for the big nut on the bushes? I look in the haynes but couldn't see it.
