Got ya! I can see that there's is an extra flange on the end that butts up against the heal board on mine so I will replicate this on the one I make.

Major balls!!!!
I'm now not sure if its the panel that's wrong, the floor or the load bed.
The subframe is still also out on one of the back corners!!!!!!!
I'm pretty stumped..... :0(

Yeah tried that hoddy I think the poly bush needs to be compressed more before it will line up totally.
Got a mate coming round on Wednesday hopefully with a spanner or socket to fit.

Yes this has also crossed my mind.
If I cannot get it in on weds with the poly I will go back to standard bushes and try that.

All the bolts are lose where they attach to the heel board and under the floor.
I think that top rear bush needs to compress a little more. I can just about get the bolt in but it's still millimetres out.
I did exert some pressure onto the subframe by standing on it and it lined up better. However I was on my own so couldn't balance myself and try and screw the bolt in the same time.
Does anyone know the torque setting for the big nut on the bushes? I look in the haynes but couldn't see it.
