This is true, I understand that at the time you didn't know what was acceptable and I hate that they took advantage of that.

Oh well at least you are teaching yourself to do it properly.

Goodluck

Right 4 days off next week, before going away for the weekend next Friday, gives me time to hopefully get some major progress done.

Thought I'd make a to do list:

*Grinding off the over sill

*Weld the inner sill repair in at the front

*Weld the stiffener to the rear inner sill

*Cut out the heal board

*Fit the new heal board (possibly in two sections)

*Make sure the subframe fits this time

*Weld in the Heal board

*Look to see if I need to do all that again to the near side floor

*Repair the load bed where the rear door bolts through

*Still fit the two front door skins

*weld the off side A panel on (hopefully that fits now)

*Grind all the welds down

Honestly I'll be happy if I get the floor and the heal board finished and the van the right way up again on all fours.

Wish me luck!

Guys quick one making headway with the inner outer sill but head scratching bit about this.

null_zps107379cb.jpg

Is the triangle bit meant to be there or does it go under the sill as it in the way of the outer sill lining up at the moment.

Looks like its the bottem of the hinge panel. Shall i just bend it out the way so it doesnt foul.

Post it too me minbin and I'll even sign it for you! :)

Last day on the mini today though :( I've put about 10 hours of head scratching so far since Monday. Didn't quite get all the things on my list done but I think its made a massive leap forward.

Will update with some pictures I've been collecting over the last few days later.

Anyway off to cut more holes in it.
