Yeah the step seems to be good it's got a slight twist in it I think but the folds look bang on.

By the time I've got round to it and bought all the bits. I probably could have just bought some more off ebay, I think they only cost about 15quid posted.
I'll just start at the top, work down and across so I can move the clamps round as I weld.

Bird poo but welding both sides so should fill the couple of pin holes.
Had a look at the near side and think im going to have to do the same or at least inner sill.
Looks messy in there.
Sandwish anyone?
Going to pull the sill off tomorrow and see what teasures are hiding under there.
