Without measuring I'd say its about 10-15mm at its widest.

Its a M-Machine van rear half floor that is actually about 3/4s long and ends at the middle of the x-member it seems.

As you can see the door frame flange on mine it quite butchered. I feel this might be the reason the outer A panel isn't lining up with inner.

Think I'm going to leave this section for the time being. I'll carry on with the floor / heel sections and will come back to it when the vans the right way up again.

have to admit i didn't seem mine..i went with a 5/10mm overlap on the tunnel edge and welded both sides..i've been useing pop rivets and bolts to hold things in place while i weld it...maybe not the best way of doing things but it's worked for me so far...
