Yeh already got the half floor with inner sills attached.

The wide sills dont worry me ;) as the car will be a fair weather weekender and i dont plan on selling it ever.

I still wouldn't take the risk with cowboy wide sills. Never fit them on the minis in my family.

Same here, even with fair weather minis they still trap condensation.

Could you not buy the floor half with inner and outer sill already there like the one I fitted to my drivers side. Easyer that way bud! I wish I had done that in the p/s now!

So I managed to yank the A panel off tonight. Butchered the inner hinge edge bit so will need to straighten it out.

This is the section that I will need to cut out I think to make the corner section fit.

They do look boss I'd admit. But at the moment I feel another £200 is just something I cannot afford to spend.

Still waiting on the A panel to arrive so borrowed a mates unit over easter to etch prime some bits.

Getting setup.

Gosh I wish I had a nice big unit like that to work in all the time.

I'm going back down monday morning to give the xmember, floor and rear door another blast. Then come back and set to cutting and welding the step up.

I find its ok with smaller jobs like panels and things, not tried it spraying the whole car yet. Yes it runs constantly but doing a panel at a time and waiting for it to fill up again is fine.
