Guess i need the front section of this panel.

Seems a lot just to cut the front off.

You might be able to get by just replacing the outer a panel if you can peel it off the inner a panel successfully. That would give you plenty of room to do door frame repairs. Although if the outer panel is in that condition, I am afraid to think what the inner one where you normally can't see is like.

i bought a repo door step on its own for about £10 iirc it looks decent and would easily suit what you need it for

With regards to the door again.

The more I think about it. I'm quite sure that the door (with the old skin on) did fit after the garage had done the hinge and a panel work. I had given them the door with the van when I took it as I knew that they would need it to line everything up.

Which makes me think its more something to do with the skin.

Although of course the A panel isn't on right anyway so will have to try and peel it off, looking at it tonight though it might be more difficult than I'd hoped.

So I left that for another day and did the quarter panel repair instead.





Ran some filler over it as well but my phone died.
