Hi all,

I would look to arrange a group buy on OBP alloy catch tanks for this forum.

These:



Quick overview:

• An Oil catch tank is a must have for race cars / track day cars and turbo applications.
• Normally the engine re-circulates the hot oily vapour back in the inlet, coating the pipe work and causing the intercooler to loose efficiency.
• The oil catch tank does exactly what it says it does, it still allows the engine to vent the hot oily vapour, but it catches it inside the tank, and then vents the clean air to the atmosphere.
• These oil catch tanks are manufactured by obp Ltd in our UK based factory and are at a very high quality.

Group buy:

• 5+ people = 20% off RRP
• 10+ people = 30% off RRP
• 15+ people = 35% off RRP

The bulk buy is for any catch tanks we manufacture, as they vary from square to round, 0.5ltr to 2ltr, bulkhead mount and base mount.

retro, they are all different prices so it is dependant on what catch tank you want.

but if there is 15+ people, you will be getting 35% off the RRP of the catch tank you want

Based on the 1 liter @ £39.60

35% of £39.60 = £13.86

£39.60 - £13.86 = £25.74

+ p&p @ £8 = £33.74

You will need to add VAT aswell.

It works out by removing VAT (if included) then take 35% off and plus VAT back on.

Two questions:
- Why would I want a baffled catch tank?
- How much do you charge for shipping to The Netherlands?

That welding on the round ones is amazing- it has to be done on a rotary table or something?! Do you have ones with ports on the bottom for drain back to sump?

The baffled catch tank is to stop any excess oil vapour escaping from the breather or return. The baffle/accumulator plate is designed for the oil to condense and drip down to the bottom of the tank.

Postage to the netherlands would vary, we can send it tracked for £25 or by royal mail for about £15.

Thanks, he does use a rotary tool but it's gotta be said he has to be one of the best alloy welders in the UK that i've come across. I'm afraid we don't, but we can make bespoke items if needed however this isn't included in the group buy.
