I have a mini based beach buggy with extended radius arms and am currently running 13" x 5" Ford stud Cobra Supaslots with adapter / spacer plates.

I'm looking for 14 or even 15" by 6, 7 or even 8" width with preferably mini stud pattern / PCD.

I am sure there used to be other cars with the same PCD (Viva?) but cant recall - can anyone shed any light?

Ideally, I want to find the biggest / widest slot mags I can (they are the only ones that look right on the car IMO) with this pattern - arch space is NOT a problem!

Help appreciated!

Lots of other Austin cars had the same pcd as the mini.

Morris Marina, Minor and many others. Also hillman imp wheels fit.

Try somebody like Rimmer Bros for wheels, Wellers are made in 13" that would fit, offsets may be wrong but no worse than any other 13" superlite fiitted to many customised cars.

Cheers for the suggestions, I will look into these.

I took banded Imp steelies OFF the damn thing, but they were 12 x 8 and a bit iffy in their construction IMHO!

I was hoping to find some mags off one of the matching PCD cars from a similar stable, I can sort out the ET one way or another within reason as I have the luxury of no arches.

So, What else has the same PCD as a mini that I can use as a base to search out some period Mags?

Marina, Allegro, 1100/1300.....

I think the MG used 14" wheels.

I'm just restoring a moonbug, been looking myself, but haven't got to that stage yet. It's on 13" Rostyles at the moment.
I had no paperwork, so I'll need to IVA it.
You been through that or did you miss it?

No, mine was fully V5'd when I got it, though I suspect the rules were a lot slacker back when it was done - mine still has steering rack bolted to the fibreglass (albeit with strengthening plates now) and seat belts same!

Good luck with yours, be interested to hear what you are doing with seats - mine have always felt ON the car, not IN it, and the main floorpan is stupidly high upso am planning to lower the floor and adjust the chassis accordingly so the seats are about 4-5" lower than now.

My hunt for 14-15" Mags goes on then!

what does it say on the V5 ?

if it's already registered as a mini based kit car you won't need to IVA it

No V5, no chassis number, no reg number.
