Ive just sold my car and the man is coming to pick it up today, he is coming to pick it up with a salvage truck as it is damaged and its been sitting there for a few months but I just went out to check it and the brake pedal is extremely stiff (not moving at all) so I believe the brakes have seized up as its on a very slight slope and without the handbrake on its still not moving at all. This could be an issue when he tries to get it onto the salvage truck so im wondering what I could do?

Seized Brakes....

Try rocking the car back and forth and hitting the wheels. You might hear a loud ping as the wheels free up. Its just the shoes releasing themselves from the drums.
If he is coming with a proper recovery truck I wouldn't worry too much. It will most likely have a winch. It will simply just drag the car even if the wheels don't move. This happened to out Peugeot when my sister wrote is off. we couldn't get the brakes off so the recovery people just used their winch and dragged it onto the back of their truck.

Any half decent recovery winch should have no problem dragging a Mini. If you've had the hand brake on you could try reversing to free the seized drums.
