Well, have you lowered your car?
If you have, go for lowered shocks, if you haven't, go standard.

you only needed lowered shocks, if your car as been lowered alot (using hi los) to stop the shocks bottoming out.
Normal shocks will be fine in most cases, with a small lower etc.

well how low you can go depends on alot of things
examples
wheels, width, tyres
tubbing arches or not
cutting front wings
lowering effects the camber/castor...etc of the wheel, so you may need to correct that using adjustable arms, tie bars etc. This will need setting up also, to stop your car rubbing tyres off at the edge etc.
I usually lower my cars to about 3 or 4 fingers gap between the tyre and the arch, gives me plenty of room for suspension travel and carrying the camping gear etc to shows and weekends away. I use normal but uprated shocks, eg adjustables.

No worries, glad it helped.
When you fit the hi lo's, set them abit higher than normal as they will 'settle' in abit as the suspension cone returns bk to its position.

you can always adjust them up or down at a later date.
Yes I am fairly local to you, nice to see more peeps from the north east on here.
PS. You will need a cone compressor tool to remove/refit the front cones.
