Lool. My bad, it was because I was just browsing the pages and not reading all the details and I must have missed a few pages aswell lool

Yes missed a few between my going to college and then getting a job lol

Anyway stripped engine down today just to inspect it etc all seems okay apart from the idler gear has started to eat the end casing so I have got my problem





Edge of gear is nice and shiny now

Bill richards has my head and inlet for porting and polishing can't wait to get that back then to get the drop gears then out the engine back in

Well big news really stripped engine just for drop gears as you guys know but I'm building another engine for the mini as once I stripped mine I found the engineering shop I used decided not to offset bore my engine enough as it needs so I'm now building another engine for the mini bill richards racing is doing the machining this time but iv changed the spec slightly

Iv also found out my cylinder head is done to the same spec as slark racing race head with offset valves etc so that Abit of a touch a £1500 head

Anyway that has gone to bill richards racing for more porting and polishing , and a skim
I am now running either a piper 649 race cam or a metbp300 cam x drilled and billet made not a re profile cam not to sure yet till I order it on Monday , iv got new omega Pistons which are lighter than before , Isky race cam followers , raised cr for the engine so will be raised to around 11.5.1 and balanced con rods :) iv also had the bolts from block to box drilled and tapped bigger to take the stress better and a new 1275 block
