Yeah. Pretty similar to my last 1380. I had the leaded head with bigger exhaust valves and Megajolt was the only real difference.

Never got mine on a rolling road though.

Yeah I can't have a unleaded head due to my valves but I use millers lead additive

How much did you spend on your crank? and where did you get it from? I am currently pricing up my big engine build and I need a crank thats capable of about a 9k redline (going bmw 16valver) and I think my current crank needs replacing due to the old flywheel ruining the tail. Thanks!

All the company's swiftune , med etc have all said you can fit them but run the risk of them overlapping there selves or something and can fall out that's why none of the company's sell head with unleaded inserts in head with bigger valves like mine

And all engineering firms I spoke to about getting them fitted all refused to do it

And my crank I got cheap off a mate as he was building a turbo and didn't finish it and he then bought a med crank for his 7 port build
But new when I spoke to minispeed would of cost him about £500

And if your going to be redlining like that fit the med crank , nitrided x drilled , wedged crank about £495

Revs kill the crank, especially 9k on a 3 bearing crank. I'd suggest steel crank and rods and some nice light Pistons. Which would be a lot more than £495

If the pistons are touching valves at high RPM then no, any contact is bad. Once valves start touching the valve stems are gunna be stressed and that's just asking for shrapnel in the cylinder!

Oh yeah I know that isn't good but I'm saying cranks surely can just instantly be f,d once they have hit 7.5k
