Hi to all.
I have been decorating my son's bedroom and really liked the idea of a mini themed room. I decided to browse the web for mini themed beds and was surprised att the lack of them. So set about making my own.
Here are a few pics of my progress so far.

I'll be painting it as close as i can get to tahiti blue.
I also got a mini cooper sticker for the back.

You should buy some cheap side indicators and put them on there!

Well it wont rust.... but because its just like a mini, Id keep an eye out for woodworm. Wish Id had a cool bed like that when i was young.

you should make it so the door opens, or is that whats going to happen anyway :S also are you making a roof aswell?

Yep i drew from a photo of my old car.
Also the plan was always to put working lights and indicators on it but
the interior light idea is great. Defo putting one in.

just remember when he pukes or wets it you have to be able to clean it





even the fairly low sides on this car bed i made my little one makes it a bit of a pain to clean up after the little darling
