here's mine right after i washed it, all i got left to de-chrome on it is the fuel tank cap and the window seal, but that will be changed when i put my new windows in, and black out the back 3 windows, 100% matt black exterior and the interior is now matt black, besides the black leather seats and black vinly door cards, the 6point cage im installing right now is light gray but will be matt black before the final install it done on it

next year - even the grille may be colour coded as well

Dude, you HAVE to do that, it looks hard as nails! I'd be tempted by black mesh in the bumper though if the grille is going black too.

I'm loving the wheels though, what are they?

Yep, force racing split rims .... Just thinking about it right now, but it does look more up-to-date and she needs a spruce up.

Back to the topic though - I've always liked the de-chromed look, and on custom minis it just looks so right :D

roofless, amazing looking car!! did you get all the paintworking done starting from chrome parts or can you buy bits ready to paint? also any close ups of what folk have done with the door handles?!
