The shell is the original one. All the MK3 clues are there. It even has ashtray slots in the rear bins and a rear screen without the heated elements. Underneath it has no holes in the floors, the sills are all good even though oversills were fitted by the previous owner. It has already had repairs done to under the rear seat squab in those troublesome corners by the previous owner.
The rear subframe is solid
The engine is a 1275cc A-series, vmax 2 head, hot cam. was rolling roaded with 78bhp 85lbs/ft torque. gearbox is fine.
It has under wheel arch liners at the front
It handles really well round corners and pulls up straight.
As above it is tax exempt and the Mot runs out mid August. The previous Mot had one advisory which was slight play in a balljoint but i nipped it up as soon as i got home.
I have built up a record of everything i have bought for it. Sadly thats all the history i have for it.
Its a very reluctant sale and this will be the only time i will advertise it. The reason i am selling is to raise funds for the clubman estate project.
Price is £3250 ovno
