Insult to injury from the insurance company - sent me a written offer which I rejected. I sent loads of evidence re the value of a like-for-like replacement with similar age, mileage and condition. They just sent me a cheque for the original offer which I hadn't accepted! And of course aren't there on a Saturday. Truth is I don't want their money, I just want my car back. : (
