Looking good Neil

I have my door skins to do soon so this will be very useful 😃

Is that primer from a rattle can ?

I usually use zinc primer interested to see what works best

Cheers, its bloody time consuming though. Lot of heat has gone into the frame so it will get trial fitted before the skin goes on to make sure its still true. Well as true as a mini door can be.

Great work on the door repair, I like the way you formed the bottom with the curve. I am sure I made far more of a meal of it than you when I did my door bottoms. I made separate pieces for the ends. As always really to good to see Paddy getting near a return to the road.

Going to making a start on my doors and bootlid this shortly, don't know what I'll find yet, but I'm nowhere as good as you. Great work.

More work on the drivers door today. Slaved it in place to get a better idea of the fit. It was not the best but after several hours of tweaking, cutting welding, bending it looks a lot better. Skin should be going on properly tomorrow.

Great attention to detail

This will be one of the best clubman's when it's done

When do you think it will be ready for paint ?

Now that is the 64,000 dollar question. I have a couple of weeks left to work on him before he gets locked away for a month while i install our new kitchen, lay a large amount of floor tiles and various things to do with the kitchen.
