this is an amazing build, wish i had the time and money to turn my project into a beast like this. really want carbon fibre parts like you, shame the wallet cant stretch that far

another small update got a throttle body, new garrett turbo and some alloy to make a start on the plenum. Its in for mot on saturday then it will be getting stripped down cant see it been ready for minis vs beetles but will try

well the car passed its mot yestereday was nice to have a ride out in it, once i got home made a start on mocking up the head and turbo

Made a start on the plenum.

Got some bits to build the engine over the weekend from mini spares

Straight cut roller drops
Evolution oil pump
Paddle clutch plate and pressure spring :)

Im going single throttle body just had had them on whilst it was mocked it up just waiting on alloy to finish the plenum

Also got a mocal oil cooler

Finished the runners over the weekend wasn't sure how it would go as I routerd the aluminium to get a radius on them

Not updated on my build thread for a while but i have been working on the car when i have had some spare time.

 

I finished the plenum here is a few pictures of it

I have also built most of my exhaust manifold just need to fit the external waste gate and build a downpipe but i am waiting on some more bends
