I had a trip to Oulton Park on Saturday for the first event on the Masters Historic calendar. One of the races was the first round of the Pre-1966 Touring Cras Championship, which had no less than 8 Mini Coopers entered.
I took a bunch of picturs and some video and thought I'd share them with everyone.
First up is my video

Also you'll find there's more than just Minis

Great photos. I'm a big fan of the Masters Historic race series, and very much looking forward to Donington Historic (May Bank Holiday), Mallory Park (August) and back again at Donington (September) !
I especially like the way that you can get up close and personal with the cars in the pits / paddock !

I had a good look round the paddock and pit garages at lunch time. It is pretty relaxed, you an even wander around the pits during the races.

I have a Fuji Finepix S200EXR

It's what's known as a bridge camera. Like an SLR but has a fixed zoom lense. It's not bad but can suffer from a lot of noise in low light conditions. I use this for ation shots.
For static shots and video I have an old Fuji Finepix S5800

I've had it for about 3 years and has been pretty good for show shots, giving good colour and crisp shots.
