some people are pleased with his work some are not,
i ad the same scenario a year or so ago now with my starlet, i had an engine built by a supposed reputable that not smart performance broke after 600 miles, but from day 1 i was complaining it didnt run right, after about 6 months of fighting and threatening legal action though i only managed to get £1000 of the 5 k it cost me,
yet
there seems to be loads of people out there happy with his work, and people still use him (even a good friend of mine used him recently after i warned him not to, and low and behold his engine got ruined aswell and he is having the same issues as me lol)
so read what people say and make your own decision, are you willing to take the risk?????
i have used the above story as an example,

It's worth reading this thread in our traders area before making your decision though:

Alot of people are very happy with the engine work and tuning work we do. A couple of problems last year that were made very public on here seem to still be causing problems with me on this forum.
Everything is now sorted with Roofless and we still deal with each other all the time now.
It annoys me that posts from long time ago keep reappearing... A guy gets a couple of engines with problems and all of a sudden he's banned from selling and he's the devils child!
We are very happy with the quality of our work, as are the vast majority of our customers.

I'm afraid they will always crop up every now and again. Usually by people who still hold a grudge or by people who just want to turn the topic into a 'bandwagon thread'. Look at the Morspeed thread (your previous employer i believe), it keeps cropping up every now and again, usually by the same people for no reason. I have confronted several of the members who have posted on the topic and via PM they admit they have neverdone business with Simon, yet on the thread they claim about all the problems they have had.
You just need to ignore them i'm afraid, and i would advise taking down peoples TMF names (if they agree) when they place orders so you can accuratey reply to what ever they are trying to stir up about you and your company. 9/10 when they make bad comments about you its to get a reaction from you that looks bad to potential customers.

he's banned from selling on this forum, and i'm sure he is also banned on turbominis aswell,
Totally agree with darkscamp, he is not banned from TM this is just stirring for stirrings sake!
Keep to the facts by lying no-one can take your post as credible.
