Hello - it also looks like you did that welding upsides down - most impressive!!! Keep up the good work. I find upsides down welding an impossibility.

still you have done a double weld, inside and outside the car, will hold no probs, a bit more sanding down and after zinc priming some seam sealer.

what is your setting on your welder ( which one have you got there)?and what thickness wire are you welding with?

i have a mig 90 welder wire speed 6/7 , power 2 min ( as this welder as 1 and 2 power setings and max and min ) for the wire i think it is 1.5

I have to admit, me too started with thick wire1.0 and even 1.2, then I went size down to 0.9 and then there was the Mini-Professor...... who told me,... use 0.6 and bar gas... Never changed it since.
Further don't blast gas at it when you are welding, even outside, you'r not that far away with the welding nozzle to the panel. Have a go at it and let me know

Waw,... this is a very thick wire you use..... can I suggest that you use 0.6 mm wire, put speed to 5/6. thinner wire has lower melting point, if you balance the wire speed between 5-6, you won't have that problem of the 1.5mm not penitrating enough, plus you will have a smoother weld.

Wayne, after all that, if it is 0.6 mm wire you use, I would decrease the spead from 6/7 to 5/6, and give the wire a chanse melt in and you can take it easy moving your welding gun,.... and ther wire does not push you away from the welding, your welds are high but I am sure penitration is fine, but you are using a lot of wire with that speed, hence high build-up. hope this makes sence.
ok mate wire speed down it is then, if i can do abit saturday after work i will drop you a line thanks mate

this new format is a bit confusing, however down below here bottum right hand corner, you have the POST block which you click what you have composed in this box.
Next to it it says "More Reply Options" if you press that you will get a simular box like this one you are writing in and on the left bottum of the page you will have a box, "Attach files",
to select pictures;...
underneath click "Browse" button, select your picture(s), click the "attach this file", then when all piccies or files are choosen, click "Attach Files".
click "Previeuw Post", and if you are happy with it click "Add Reply".
I hope this is what you wanted to know.
