Not yet mate. I was out in it today and like I say after an hour it was popping and banging its ass Off .

timing is out, loosen dizzy nut a little when engine is warm, find the highest rev point and turn it back a notch and listen what he does....., at least that is a beginning......by the way, have you set the valve clearance at... 0.012???

The mini would not start at all just morning so left it all day to sit. Tried it again tonight and after a quick play with the dissy it started. So rang my mate and he's popping over Wednesday night all being well to have a look.

haven't you got a strobe???If you drive a mini, it is one of those toys you need in the long run and a multi meter with dwell and tacho in it, trust me even if you think the dizzy clamp bolt is tight, dizzy can move over time....checked the point's gap is it at 0.012....these are the little things that can make a difference,,,,

interesting,...getting kidnapped for a mini tuning session, bliss....lol...see how things go with yr M8, I could pop over next week with summit tools...if it comes to that...

K, manifold is set up for an HS4,...or even HS6 but I doubt the latter, dizzy point to the right plug, but a little to advanced, obviously coil is missing, looks all dandy in the picture but what does it look like in the car,...apart from black...
