got the engine back the other day from being rebuild , looks good the will be goin throw sum up to date mods .

keep you posted soon as the seats are going to be retrimed next.

sorry mate don't know on the one as it was not me working on it . i know its had a new clutch and i think the headgasket only cost £300 to have it striped new parts and and rebuilt. cannot wait to get it back in now lol.

£300 waw, better be good,....I am sure he has tested it for that money, ask him anyway......It will take you a few daysbefore you fit the engine and hook all up, just take it easy....first windscreen whiper motor and blades connect, sort your brakes (+Cylinder) out test it, can be a pain.... , position electric wiring then clutch cylinder(no leaks!!) better do these first B4 engine is offered, you got space in the bay to do so.....make a game-plan perhaps.

Anyhow,I was getting my modeo ready for MOT on Thursday, gave him a wash this morning 10AM,the sponge dissapeared in the rear sill????? Wh..t t.. f...k
ended up repairing/welding off side arche outer skin, bottum offside inner arch, 3" replacing of sill each side, then filler, sanding back filler again then flattening, primer and topcoat rattle can ( not enough need 1 more)6.30PM,......and then the question was launched towards the garage,....'What are you Cooking for Tea tonight' .....great finish of the day

hi the baby's back, so today get the under side painted and the engine bay to . but not over happy with it as i wish i had not put the stone chip on and just gone for a flat painted finnish as i think its not got the shine or look i was after for the underside . post what you think and tell me if iam being a d**k as after all it is just the underside .( as my wife told me ) ???

looks good wayne i stoned chipped the underside of mine i quit like the textured finish. but end of the day its going to get mukked up over the years. unless its a show car with mirrors underneath it??
